In 2023, I bought a laundromat for $190k, generated $285K in revenue in 16 months, and then sold it for $300k. Since then, I’ve been helping others navigate the world of small business ownership—especially when it comes to acquiring, financing, and operating laundromats.
I’ve also brokered SBA loans and advised aspiring buyers on deal structure, lending options, and what to look for in a strong acquisition. I’m currently in the process of searching for my next business to buy, and I’m happy to share what I’ve learned along the way.
My goal is to offer honest, experience-backed advice with a focus on practical strategy and the real-world nuances of buying and running a business.
